Full-automatic reversal bottle flushing machine adopts manipulator to grab bottles. Reversal, valve opening by linkage, flushing, bottle control, return, bottle delivery, etc. achieve automation completely; The rotational flow inserted into bottle mouth ejects the strong linear water column to directly flush bottom of bottle. Water column impacts the spherical surface at the bottom of bottle and impacts bottle cavity through refraction, with good flushing effect. Valve isn't switched on to save water source. It is mainly used for flushing polyester bottles and glass bottles, and is applicable to the automatic flushing of bottles of beverage factories, winery, sauce vinegar factories, etc. before filling.

Main features 

Bottles are fed with screw bottle separator, screw bottle-separation delivery mechanism, high-rigidity screw adjusting mechanism, and new screw with moderate length is matched to make bottle separation more ## and stable, thus improving production efficiency. The drive plate mechanism automatically pulls in and out bottles, and the protection device is designed at the bottom of drive plate for automatic shutdown in bottle blocking, which can effectively protect host and reduce the damage of glass bottle. 

1. Valve opening by linkage and leading technology: The flushing liquids of both static and insertion-type nozzle are controlled by linkage valve which switches on flushing liquids if there are bottles and automatically switches off flushing liquids if there is no bottle. 

2. Large-stroke plug-in injection pipe: Flushing fluids don't interfere with the reflux liquid. The flushing fluids can be continuously injected with great strength for a long time, with a high flushing degree. Several evelets can be set for multi-channel, multi-medium, multi-function, large-stroke plug-in injection pipe. The combined use of clean water, wine, sterile hot air, etc. can reach one machine for many purposes. 

3. The machinery composed of high-rigidity whole precision casting reversal support, high-strength whole stamping mechanical arm, long arm, strong spring and replaceable rubber grabbers with moderate hardness can firmly clamp large and heavy bottles, and bottle bracket makes heavy bottles reversal at high speed.
